Mezzanine office - shs 65,000 + vat + shs 5,000 service charge, without the storage space attached to it.
Mezzanine office - shs 80,000 + vat + shs 5,000 service charge, with the storage space attached to it.
Water usage in the buiding is included in the rental, electricity meters are separate for each unit.
The bigger commercial units of 6,848 square feet may be sub divided internally for use by more than 1 tenant, in case a client so desires.
