Our Meeting rooms are located at the Young Women's Christian Association of Kenya (YWCA) our headquarters, which is a walking distance from the capital city, Nairobi. It's right opposite Central Park on nyerere Road and opposite Serena Hotel, Liberty Life Insurance or Utumishi House on Mamlaka Road. Our 4 Meeting rooms allow for a variety of setups for meetings, breakout sessions, workshops, trainings or conferences beecher hall @ 15,000/- full day / 7500/- half day and 1,000/- per hour for minimum 20pax This is our largest meeting hall with a capacity of 150pax church style/50pax boardroom. The hall is located in the center of ywca property and can be accessed through nyerere or Mamlaka road. Vera harley hall.@ 10,000/- full day / 5000/- half day and 1,000/- per hour for minimum 20pax This hall has a capacity of 60pax church style and the best location, next to the restaurant and our common lounge. Conference hall.@ 12,000/- full day / 6000/- half day and 1,000/- per hour for minimum 20pax Our conference room has a capacity of 80pax church style/20pax boardroom and is located on the ground floor of our National Office headquarters block, self-contained with the cloak room inside the hall. PVS#109 boardroom.@ 6,000/- full day / 3000/- half day and 600/- per hour for minimum 20pax The board room with a capacity of 10pax is located at Ywca Parkview Suites building on nyerere road and self-contained too Parking is available and free when you are using our meeting rooms but on first come first serve basis. We don't reserve parking spaces. Conference equipment are available on prior notice as follows:- Public Address system -6,000 per day LCD Projector -5,000 per day(some halls have projecting walls available ) All bookings are expected to carry their own Extension cables for their meetings if required. Meals are provided with prior notice(Kindly request for a quote and menu in advance) Corkage fee is charged for meals brought from outside .

The Young Women's Christian Association (YWCA) Kenya is a women and youth membership based, non-governmental development organization founded in 1912 committed to the following core values; Accountability; Integrity; Diversity and inclusion; Spirit of Volunteerism; Concerns for humanity; and Professionalism.
Ywca was established in Kenya in 1912, making it the oldest women's national body in Kenya. It is affiliated to the World ywca headquartered in Geneva and its main purpose is to develop the collective power of girls and women in Kenya to achieve social, economic, political and cultural "emancipation".
Ywca Kenya is headquartered in Nairobi and has seven branches in Mombasa, Tana River, Meru, Nairobi, Kisumu, Siaya and Kisii counties in Kenya that provide service coverage and outreach for 21 out of the 47 counties in Kenya.
Ywca is built on a strong Christian foundation, whose emphasis is integrated in all its programming.
